Ti-Al-N系功能梯度薄膜抗热震机理的研究
A Study of the Thermal Shock Resistance Mechanism in Ti Al N Functional Gradient Coatings
【摘要】 研究了成分梯度对Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的抗热震性能的影响.研究结果表明:梯度薄膜的抗热震性能明显优于均质薄膜;随着梯度的增加,Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的抗热震性能大幅度提高;计算结果表明在Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的厚度方向,热膨胀系数从基体到表层是缓慢连续减小的
【Abstract】 The effect of compositions gradient on the thermal shock resistance properties of Ti Al N functional gradient coatings has been investigated. It is shown that the thermal shock resistance properties of Ti Al N functional gradient coatings is better than that of uniform coatings and that the thermal shock resistance of Ti Al N functional gradient coatings increases with increasing the composition gradient. The coefficient of liner thermal expansion of functional gradient coatings decreases gradually from substrate to surface.
