【Abstract】 In this paper, the suitable cuture mediums for the rapid propagation of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis are established. The optimal cuture mediums are as follows: Ms + BAP2+ NAA0.6 for the induction of calluses, Ms + BAP1 + NAA0. 1 for the differentiation of adventitious buds, Ms + BAP0. 3+ NAA02 for the differentiation of roots. The effects of temperature and light on different stage of growth are also observed and discussed in the paper.更多还原
