一氧化氮介导内皮细胞对平滑肌细胞增殖的调节作用
Nitric Oxide Mediates Endothelial Regulation on Proliferation of Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells
【摘要】 用噻唑蓝比色法观察了过氧化氢、L精氨酸、NG硝基L精氮酸处理的内皮细胞条件培养液对平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。结果显示:过氧化氢和NG硝基L精氨酸处理的内皮细胞条件培养液对平滑肌细胞增殖有明显促进作用;而L精氨酸内皮细胞条件培养液有明显的抑制平滑肌细胞增殖作用;说明内皮细胞通过合成释放一氧化氮调节平滑肌细胞增殖。
【Abstract】 To observe the effect of nitric oxide in endothelial regulation of proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC).Culture endothelial cells(EC) were treated with H 2O 2,L Arginine and N G Nitro L Arginine,respectively.The conditioned media of EC were collected and used to stimulate VSMC proliferation,The results showed that the conditioned media of endothelial cells treated by H 2O 2 and N G Nitrio L Arginine enhanced proliferation of VSMC,while the conditioned medium of endothelial cells by L Arginine inhibited proliferation of VSMC.These findings indicate that No released from endothelial cells plays important roles in regulating proliferation of VSMC.
