【摘要】 目的　比较抗生素对临床标本中泌尿生殖道支原体的抗菌作用。方法　采用直接肉汤药盘法测定680 例支原体感染患者解脲脲原体(Uu) 和人型支原体(Mh) 对7 种抗生素的药物敏感性。结果　83 株Uu 对四环素、强力霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的敏感率分别为34 .9 % ,45 .8 % ,47 .0 % ,37 .3% ,57.8 % ,71 .1 % 及31 .3 % ;62 株Mh 对四环素、强力霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的敏感率分别为27.4 % ,35 .5 % ,33 .9 % ,30 .7 % ,48 .4 % ,56 .4% 及24 .2 % 。535 例Uu和Mh 混合感染者,对交沙霉素最敏感,敏感率为75 .4 % 。结论　泌尿生殖道支原体的药敏监测对指导临床治疗具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the activity of antibiotics againsturogenital mycoplasma from clinical specimens. Methods: susceptibility of 7 antimicrobial agents against ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) from 680 patients of mycoplasma infection was determined using the direct broth dish method. Results: for 83 strains of Uu the percentage of susceptibility was as follows:tetracycline(34.9%),doxycycline(45.8%),minocycline(47.0%),roxithromycin(37.3%),azithromycin(57.8%),josamycin(71.1%),ofloxacin(31.3%),and for 62 strains of Mh tetracycline(27.4%),doxycycline(35.5%), minocycline(33.9%),roxithromycin(30.7%),azithromycin(48.4%),josamycin(56.4%),ofloxacin(24.2%).The most susceptible antimicrobial agent to both Uu and Mh from 535 patients of mycoplasma infection was josamycin(75.4%).Conclusion: susceptibility detection of urogenital mycoplasma has importment significance before clinical drug treatment.更多还原
