海洋放线菌细胞毒抗肿瘤活性物质的初筛
SCREENING OF CYTOTOXIC ANTITUMOR AGENTS FROM MA- RINE ACTINOMYCETES BY MTT ASSAY
【摘要】 本文以改进的MTT法为初筛模型,筛选海洋放线菌产生的细胞毒抗肿瘤活性物质。对434株海洋放线菌发酵液的筛选结果发现,约16%的海洋放线菌发酵液对P388和KB癌细胞的ID50等于或大于320,其中最高可达20480。这表明海洋放线菌存在着活性高的细胞在抗肿瘤活性物质,是潜在的抗癌药源。
【Abstract】 The modified MTT assay was used as in vitro model for screening potential cy- totoxic antitumor agents produced by marine actinomycetes. Tile cytotoxicity of fermentation broth from 134 strains of marine actinomycetes on P388 and KB cancer cells was evaluated and the result showed that about 16% of fermentation broths had ID50 at or above 320,of which the highest ID50 is 20480,indicating that marine actinomycetes,which produced antitumor agents with strong cytotoxicity,are the potential source of antitumor drugs.
