【摘要】 采用开放式研究方法,应用国产氟西汀(优克),每日20～40mg,治疗60例抑郁症患者6周;采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定.结果,HAMD总分从治疗前35.04±8.63降至8.85±7.92,减分率达74.8%.根据减分率评定疗效,显效率达83.3%.且副反应较轻、较少.更多还原

【Abstract】 By using open study method,domestic Fluoxetine(Youke)with a dose of 20 to 40 mg per day was employed to treat 60 cases of expression for 6 weeks. HAMD and TESS were used to assess the therapeutic effects and side effects of Youke. The results demonstrated that the total score of HAMD was decreased from 35. 04±8.63 before treatment to 8.85±7. 92 after treatment, with the reductive ratio being 74. 8%. In terms of the reductive ratio,the effective rate reached to 83. 3%,and the side effects were milder and fewer.更多还原
