【摘要】 将36例脑肿瘤切除患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组单纯用硝普钠,Ⅱ组用异氟醚+硝普钠,比较两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、硝普钠用量、血压反跳现象.结果发现,两组在降压期间同一时段的MAP、HR无显著差异;Ⅰ组硝普钠用量明显多于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组出现4例血压反跳现象,Ⅱ组无1例(P<0.01).更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-six cases of brain tumor removal were randomly divided into 2 groups:group 1,only SNP was used;group 2,SNP and Isoflurant were combinedly applied to the patients. The MAP,HR,dose of SNP and rebounding phenomenon of blood pressure in the two groups were compared. It was found that the MAP,HR in the two groups at the same time during the blood-pressure reduction phase showed no significant difference.
