【摘要】 利用萃取预浓缩气相色谱法对藻体中二甲巯基丙酸进行研究， 探讨了色谱分离效 果、萃取效率等测定中的关键问题。在最佳条件下，此方法测定的精密度为４％，最低检测 浓度为 １ｎｇ（Ｓ）／Ｌ。用此方法实测了青岛近海表层水浮游藻中ＤＭＳＰ的含量。结果表明，此 法是一种灵敏度较高、干扰较少、简单易行的快速有效分析藻体ＤＭＳＰ的测试方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A determination method of dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) in microalgae in surface samples has been devel- oped. The precision is 4 % and the recovery is 86 %.
