【摘要】 提高《国家体育锻炼标准》达标率是当前普通高校学校体育努力探索与实践的一项体育活动。浙江林学院在结合自身特色的基础上，实施了计划与管理相结合、制度确立与兴起培养相结合、课内教学与课外锻炼相结合、一般与特殊相结合、练习与比赛相结合、《达标》活动与科研相结合、建立舒适和便利的运动环境等措施，在增强学生身体素质、提高达标率等方面取得了显著成效。更多还原
