亚硒酸钠对异丙肾上腺素致损豚鼠心肌细胞延迟外向钾电流的影响
Effect of sodium selenite on the delayed outward K ~+ current of ventricular myocyte induced by isoproterenol in guinea pig
【摘要】 采用全细胞膜片钳技术,以豚鼠单个心肌细胞钾通道电流为指标,观察硒对正常及ISO致损心室肌细胞延迟外向钾电流的影响。结果表明,硒对正常心室肌细胞外向钾电流影响不明显,但可抑制异丙肾上腺素引起的延迟外向钾电流增加。使Ikstep 从(2933±161)pA降至(1694±176)pA,Iktail从(1210±153)pA降至(796±209)pA。提示硒具有抗异丙肾上腺素损伤效应,对心室肌细胞起到一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 By using the K + current of single myocardial cell as the index,patch clamp technique(whole cell),was adopted to observe the effect of selenium on the delayed outward K + current of the normal and impaired ventri cular myocyte in guinea pig.The protective effect of selenium on impaired ventricular myocyte was also discussed.The results showed that selenium had no obvious effect on K + current of normal ventricular myocyte,but could inhibit the increased outward K + current induced by isoproterenol (ISO).I kstep decreased from(2933±161)pA to (1694±176)pA,and I ktail decreased from(1210±153)pA to (796±20)pA.It suggested that selenium had the function of resisting the impairment induced by ISO,and could protect the ventricular myocyte to some extent.
