【摘要】 应用多普勒超声心动图对３５ 名室早病人早搏及其前后心搏的每搏量进行了测定，旨在观察室早后第一个窦性搏动的收缩性及其相关因素。结果表明，室早后第一个窦性搏动的每搏量较室早前窦性搏动的每搏量显著增高；室早后第一个窦性搏动比室早前窦性搏动每搏量增加的百分率与室早的联律间期之间呈显著负相关（ｒ＝ －０．３９，Ｐ＜ ０－０５），同代偿间期的长短无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Left ventricular stroke volumes of ventricular premature beat(VPB)、sinus beat preceding VPB and postextrasystolic beat(PESB) were measured in 35 patients with VPB by using Doppler echocardiography.The purpose of this study was to observe contractility of the sinus beat following a VPB.Results showed that left ventricular stroke volume of PESB increased obviously in comparison with that of the sinus beat.There was a significant negative correlation between percentage increased of stroke volume of PESB,contrasted with which of the sinus beat,and extrasystolic coupling interval(r=-0.39, P <0.05).No correlation was observed for extrasystolic compensatory pause.更多还原
