【Abstract】 A convenient method for determination of tetrandrine albumin microcapsules was developed by means of second derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The method involves dissolving spray dried albumin microcapsules in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution, and the interference of wall materials can be eliminated.
