【Abstract】 β naphthyloxymethyl) 1,3,4 oxadiazole 2 thione had been synthesized by esterification, hydrazinclysis, cyclization with β naphthol. Then two mannich bases had been prepared by mannich bases reaction. The structure of them had been elucidated by IR, 1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.
