【摘要】 灌胃安神颗粒（生药）９、４．５、２．３ ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），能显著减少小鼠自发活动，缩短戊巴比妥钠致小鼠翻正反射的消失时间并延长其睡眠时间，增强戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量的催眠作用；拮抗东莨菪碱致小鼠记忆获得障碍，分别改善亚硝酸钠和３０％ 乙醇致小鼠记忆巩固和再现障碍；对游泳时间也有延长作用。灌胃安神颗粒（生药）７、３．５、１．８ ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）也能提高大鼠运动协调能力及耐力，降低转棒跌落率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mice ig Anshen pellets 9 g/(kg·d),4.5 g/(kg·d) and 2.3 g/(kg·d), the results showed that the Anshen pellets could reduce significantly mice’s spontaneous movement, potentiated the hypnotic action of sodium pentobarbital at subthreshold dose in mice, improved acquisition impairment of mice’s memory induced by scopolamine and consolidation disruption of mice’s memory elicited by sodium nitrite and the retrieval deficit caused by 30% alcohol in mice, and prolonged the swimming time of mice. Rats ig 7 g/(kg·d),3.5 g/(kg·d) and 1.8 g/(kg·d), the results indicated that Anshen pellets could improve the coordination function of rats and decreased falling percency of rotating bar.更多还原
