【摘要】 为研究淋巴管内皮细胞与肿瘤细胞相互作用的分子机理，探讨癌浸润转移的淋巴管内皮细胞的胞内信号传导激活途径，用冰冻切片免疫组化法对８ 例直肠腺癌患者的癌周直肠组织和癌周淋巴结进行了检查。结果发现，癌细胞发生淋巴管转移时，淋巴管内皮细胞ｐｐ１２５ＦＡＫ 阳性，免疫反应产物位于内皮细胞胞质内。说明癌细胞的淋巴管转移与淋巴管内皮细胞ｐｐ１２５ＦＡＫ 的表达有关更多还原

【Abstract】 This study w as directed at the expression offocaladhesion kinase (pp125FAK ) w hich is located to- gether w ith vinculin and talin in the spotofcellular adhesion. The authors′intention was to collectreliable data on this im portantkinase in the signalpathwaysso as to provide in-depth m aterials for exploring the m echanism oftu- m or m etastasis to lym phatic vessels. The im m unohistochem icalm ethod w as used to study the expression ofFAK in lym phatic endothelialcells of m etastaltciadenocarcinom a ofrectum and its adjacent lym ph-nodes. The result dem onstrated thatlym phatic en- dothelialcells expressed pp125FAK when lym phatic vessels w ere invaded by cancercells. Reaction production w aslo- cated in the cytoplasm .
