【Abstract】 Based on the studies of predecessors and our previous work, a simple easy and universal method, the sign Function Matrix method (SFM), has been developed for autodiscrimination of the stable univariant curves about an invariant point. The method is valid for variant thermodynamic phase diagrams without any restriction on dimensions. The following expression serves as its thermodynamic basis:dΔ rG m(i)=[Δ rG m(i)/Xq] X C dXq (dX C=0;c=1,2,…;c≠q)whrere Xq is any intensive thermodynamic variable.
