【Abstract】 L Phenylalanine modified β cyclodextrin (1) has been synthesized and the stability constants for the complexation of 1 with several aliphatic alcohols determined through spectrofluorometric titration performed in aqueous phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.20) at 25℃. The molecular recognition of the aliphatic alcohol guests was discussed from the viewpoint of size/shape fit,the rigidity and hydrophobicity of guest molecules,as well as the hydrophobic interaction and van der Waals forces between the host and guest molecules.The molecular recognition behavior was also compared with that of L tryptophan modified β cyclodextrin.更多还原
