【摘要】 聚酰胺酸N,N-二甲基十八胺是制备本身不具备两亲性的聚酰亚胺LB膜的前聚物.合成制备了均苯四酸二酐-4,4’-二胺基二苯醚(PMDA-ODA)型聚酰胺酸N,N-二甲基十八胺,研究了它单分子膜的各向异性,比较了伯胺和叔腹膜的不同,并用低角X射线衍射研究这前聚物LB膜分子的详细排列.

【Abstract】 N, N - dimethyloctadecylamine is the precursor for preparing polyimide LB film which has no hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups residues separated to the ends of the molecules.The paper presents synthesis of N, N - dimethyloctadecylamine from pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4, 4’ -oxydianiline (ODA), the behavior of its monolayer and the structure of its LB films. Anisotropy of N, N - dimethyloctadecylamine monolayer i. e. the difference of π-Acurves between the direction parallel and perpendicular to the barrier movement direction has been observed. The monolayers obtained from the primary and tertiary amine saltS of N,N - dimethyloctadecylamine were compared. The structure of precusor LB film was studied by low angle X-ray diffraction. The "odd -even intensity oscillation" of X-ray diffraction peaks was explained by means of a model arrangement in one molecular period of LB films. The best agreement between the experimental results and theoretical calculated values could be obtained when adjusting the number of the electron-deficient layer m =6 which was larger than that found in low molecular weight film-forming compound, such as arachidic acid LB films (m = 3) and long chain diacetylene acid LB films (m =2).
