银纳米粒子的制备及其表面特性研究

【摘要】 报道了在DBS保护下,制备出平均粒径为15nm高表面活性的银纳米粒子.讨论了DBS的影响,结果表明DBS的加入大大地降低了银原子的成核速度.银纳米粒子在电子束的诱导下,发生凝聚与溅射的现象.研究表明纳米银粒子具有很高的表面能和极强的吸附作用,在DBS的保护下,纳米银粒子可以稳定存在.采用适当的手段处理后,可观察到凝聚与溅射的现象.

【Abstract】 A highly surface active nanocrystalline silver particles with average she of 15 nm have been prepared by reducing Ag(NH3) with N2H4·H2O in aqueous solution, with sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulfonate (DBS) ed as the stabilizing agent. The influence of DBS in the reaction is discussed. The results showed that the stabilizing agent DBS decreased the nucleation speed of silver atoms greatly and checked the agglomeration procedure of silver clusters. An agglomerating and sputtering phenomenon induced by electron beam of as -prepared silver particles is obserVed in situ when the samples washed by absolute alcohol are studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The possible reason for agglomeration and sputtering is also proposed of the silver particles of highly surface active and excess surface energy.
