荧光光度法测定黄酮类化合物的研究

【摘要】 在pH11.0的氢氧化钠介质中,有溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下,桑色素与铍和酒石酸形成1∶1∶2的胶束混配荧光络合物,其激发波长和发射波长分别为452nm和540nm。桑色素的检出限为8.75×10-8mol·L-1。本方法用于山楂和牡荆子中黄酮类化合物的测定,结果与用芦丁作标准的分光光度法一致,相对标准偏差分别为1.07%和1.27%

【Abstract】 In sodium hydroxide (pH 11.0) medium,in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, the morin forms fluoresent complex of micellar mixed ligand with beryllium and tartaric acid. The molar ratio of morin, beryllium and tartaric acid in the complex is 112, the excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 452 and 540 nm respectively. The detection limit of morin is 8.7510-8molL-1. This proposed method has been applied to determine flavonoids in chinese hawthorn and vitex cannabifolia, the results obtained were found to be in good agreement with spectrophotometric method, with rutin as standard, the relative standard deviation was 1.07% and 1.27% respectively.
