花石榴红色素的提取及其稳定性研究

【摘要】 从花石榴中提取一种桔红色色素，并对该色素的稳定性进行了研究。通过小鼠急性毒性试验表明，该色素安全无毒，具有开发利用价值。

【Abstract】 The extraction of red pigment from pomegranate flower and its stability were studied.It turns out that this pigment is safe and not toxic through the acute toxic test on mice.This pigment has development good value.
