新显色剂2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-[(N,N-二羧甲基)氨基]苯磺酸与钯显色反应的研究及其应用

【摘要】 合成了新试剂 2 - ( 2 -噻唑偶氮 ) - 5 - [( N,N-二羧甲基 )氨基 ]苯磺酸 ( TADCABS) ,并研究了其与钯 ( )的显色反应。在 0 .4mol·L- 1 HCl O4介质中 ,TADCABS与钯 ( )反应生成稳定的 1∶ 1蓝色水溶性配合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 6 4 1 .8nm,钯量在 0~ 1 .6 μg·m L- 1 范围内符合比耳定律。用双波长测定 ,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε641 .8;52 2 =7.4× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 ,大量的其他金属离子共存时 ,不经预分离也无需掩蔽剂可直接测定铂钯催化剂中的微量钯。操作简便 ,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 The new reagent 2 (2 thiazolylazo) 5 [( N,N dicarboxymethyl)amino] benzenesulfonic acid (TADCABS) is a highly sensitive and selective chromogenic reagent for the determination of palladium.In a 0.4 mol/L perchloric acid medium palldium(Ⅱ) reacts with TADCABS to form a stable 1∶2 blue chelate.It has a maximum absorption at 640nm.Beer′ s law is obeyed over the range of 0~1.6μg Pd/mL.The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.4×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 as determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry.Large amounts of coexisting elements can be tolerated.The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the direct determination of palladium in Pd catalysts.
