【摘要】 目的：探讨ＣＤＫ４蛋白在口腔粘膜癌变过程中表达的变化规律。方法：采用链菌素－生物素免疫组织化学染色法，对正常口腔粘膜、癌前损害、口腔鳞状细胞癌等共计８０例标本中ＣＤＫ４蛋白的表达进行检测，并与同批标本的Ｐ１６蛋白的免疫组织化学染色结果进行相关性分析。结果：口腔粘膜癌前损害中出现ＣＤＫ４蛋白的过表达，其阳性率及表达强度与Ｐ１６蛋白的表达密切相关。结论：ＣＤＫ４的过表达可能是口腔粘膜癌前损害发生发展中的增殖刺激因子，并可能引发Ｐ１６的代偿作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of cyclin dependant kinase 4(CDK4) protein in oral carcinogenesis. Methods: An LSAB immunohistochemistry method was applied to 80 cases of parrafin fixed tissues to study the expression and distribution of CDK4 in normal oral mucosa, oral premalignant leision (OPL) and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results: The overexpression of CDK4 protein was observed in the progression of OPL. Meanwhile, a correlation analysis was appilied to investigate the relationship between P16 and CDK4 expression, and the result showed that the coeffient of correlation was 0.813, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: The overexpression of CDK4 is invovled in the progression of OPL, and there is a positive feedback loop between CDK4 and P16.更多还原
