【Abstract】 The corrosion status of the heat exchanger of the stainless steel was described. Through directly inspecting of corrosion phenomenom, comparing the intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion and intergranular-stress corrosion, the intergranular-stress corrosion was determined as major corrosion type and the corrosion cause was analyzed. According to the mechanism of the formation of interganular-stress corrosion, a series of measures were adopted for equipment manufacture, so the corrosion phenomenom was eliminated or mitigated.更多还原
