用作渣油降粘剂的丙烯酸酯类聚合物的合成及降粘性能研究
STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS OF ACRYLATE POLYMERS AND THEIR REDUCING VISCOSITY PROPERTIES IN RESIDUAL OIL
【摘要】 以丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸十二酯、丙烯酸十六酯和丙烯酸十八酯为单体 ,用过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂 ,通过溶液聚合法 ,合成了 5种降粘剂。其中降粘剂丙烯酸十二酯—丙烯酸十六酯共聚物降粘效果最好。其添加量为 0 3%时 ,6 0℃下降粘率达 2 9 7% ;添加 0 9%时 ,6 0℃下的降粘率达 37 5 %。
【Abstract】 In this peper 5 kinds of viscosity -reducers were synthesized by solution polymerization with isooctyl acrylate ,dodecyl acrylate ,cetyl acrylate and octadecyl acrylate as monomers and benzoyl peroxide as initiator . The reducing viscosity properties in residual oil were determined .The resuls showed that viscosity-reducer dodecyl acrylate-cetyl acrylate copplymer was the best one ,whose viscosity-reducing rate was 29.7% and 37.5% when adding this viscosity -reducer of 0.3% at 60℃,09% at 60℃ respectivly.
