【摘要】 首次以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12 O4 0 /TiO2 为多相催化剂 ,通过正丁酸和正丁醇反应合成了丁酸正丁酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对酯化率的影响。实验表明 :TiSiW12 O4 0 /TiO2 具有良好的催化活性 ,醇酸物质的量比为 1 3∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 1 5 % ,反应时间 1 0h ,反应温度 12 2～12 8℃ ,酯化率可达 98 6 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 Butyl butyrate was synthesized using TiSiW₁₂O₄₀/TiO₂ as catalyst .Some factors influencing on reaction were discussed .It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW₁₂O₄₀/TiO₂ was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the butyl butyrate could reach over 98.6% under molar ratio of butyl and butyl acid 1.3∶1,the reaction temperature of 122～128℃,reaction time of 1.0h and amount of TiSiW₁₂O₄₀/TiO₂ of 1.5%。更多还原
