【摘要】 本文介绍了除草剂绿黄隆在小麦及大豆植株中残留量的分析方法。植株用丙四：乙酸钠－乙酸（4＋1）缓冲溶液提取，蒸出丙酮，用3×20mL的CH2Cl2提取，浓缩CH2Cl2层，溶于20mLpH值为8对的Na2CO3溶液中，水溶液用3×20mL的CH2Cl2初步纯化后用盐酸调整水溶液的pH值为3．5±0．2，再用CH2Cl2萃取，浓缩后经弗罗里硅土柱净化，用高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测，该方法检测限为30ng／g，回收率为77．6％～97．6％，变异系数为4．3％－9．4％。更多还原

【Abstract】 paper paper described residue method for the determination of chlorsulfuron in wheat and soybean examples were extracted with acetone: sodium acetate - acid. Extract aqueous fraction aceton, the extraction with 3 × 20mL CH2Cl2.Then concentration organic extract,and solution in pH 8.0 Na2CO3.The aqueous was extracted with3× 20mLCH2Cl2 then aqueous layer was adjustal ph to 3.5 ± 0.2 with hydrochloric and extraction with CH2Cl2, the organic extract was concentraed to < 2mL before purification on Florisil col - umn for HPLC analysis, detection limit of method was 30ng/g.
