高温烧结合成铁锌、铁镍尖晶石
Synthesis of ZnFe2O4, NiFe2O4 by Sintering Metal Oxides at High Temperature
【摘要】 通过简单氧化物的高温加成反应,烧结合成了ZnFe2O4和NiFe2O4两种尖晶石类复合氧化物.烧结合成条件分别为NiFe2O4:Po2=21278.2Pa,1100℃烧结6h。ZnFe2O4:Po2=21278.2Pa,1210℃烧结20h.
【Abstract】 Spinel compounds of ZnFe2O4. NiFe2O4 were synthesized by sintering simple metal oxides at high temperatue.At the oxygen partial pressure of 21 278.2Pa l ZnFe2O4 was synthesized at 1 210℃ for 20 hours, NiFe2O4 was synthesized at 1100℃ for 6 hours.
