磺化聚氯乙烯催化合成乳酸正丁酯
Catalytic Synthesis of n-Butyl Lactate by Sulfo-Polyvinyl Chloride Resin
【摘要】 将磺化聚氯乙烯催化剂应用于乳酸正丁酯的合成中,由乳酸和正丁醇反应生成乳酸正了酯.当0.1摩尔乳酸,0.4摩尔正丁醇和1.0克催化剂回流反应2小时,产品收率达85.6%.同时研究了催化剂的重复使用情况.
【Abstract】 In the paper, the catalyst of sulfo - polyvinyl chloride was used in the synthesis of n - butyl lactate. n-Butyl alcohol reacted with lactic acid in the presence of sulfo-polyvinyl chloride to yield n-butyl lactate. Thus a mixture of 0. 1mol. lctic acid, 0.4mol. n - butyl alcohol and 1.0g catalyst were heated for 2.0 hours at refluxing temperature, the yield was 85.6%. The reusabity of the catalyst was studied.
