【Abstract】 In the paper, the catalyst of sulfo - polyvinyl chloride was used in the synthesis of n - butyl lactate. n-Butyl alcohol reacted with lactic acid in the presence of sulfo-polyvinyl chloride to yield n-butyl lactate. Thus a mixture of 0. 1mol. lctic acid, 0.4mol. n - butyl alcohol and 1.0g catalyst were heated for 2.0 hours at refluxing temperature, the yield was 85.6%. The reusabity of the catalyst was studied.更多还原
