【摘要】 为探讨临床上长期以来存在的不合理用药习惯,对我院的700份病历进行了调查统计.发现了一些不合理用药情况仍较普遍.低药效的占38.1%;毒副作用增加的占18.3%;产生理化配伍禁忌的占5.6%;其它不合理用药的占9.52%.提示我们临床医生应不断巩固已学的医学基础知识及加强临床药学的学习,且要不断增加医学新知识,才能使合理化用药水平逐步提高.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to resseareh the unreasonable habits in using medicine,I have carried out an investigation to 700 pieces of cases in our hospital and find some unreasonable cases in using medicine. Cases with low medicine effect cover 38. 1% ;Cases with increased by effect cover 18. 3% > Those which produce coordination taboo cover 5. 6% and other unreasonable cases in using medicine cover 9. 52%.
