【Abstract】 The present work is directed to problems arising from unreasonable price of water in present administration system of our water resource. Taking pricing theory of marginal opportunity cost(MOC) as frame work and combining with large investment and long period as characteristics, a theoretcial model of reasonable pricing under optimal level of pollution control is presented. Based on present state of technical level of water treatment and funds of China, an actual pricing model of water pricing is also presented to fit our national situation.更多还原
