用PLC实现对板材锯石机的控制

【摘要】 采用PLC两个移位寄存器交换工作,实现板材切割过程的控制.应用PLC的高速计数端,实现板片厚度测量和自动控制.利用PLC的跳转指令,实现手动工作方式和自动工作方式的切换.文中给出系统自动程序流程图和梯形图.本控制器具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、编程简单、接线方便、板片误差小(<±0.2mm)等优点,适合在设计新型锯石机或改造旧锯石机上应用.

【Abstract】 For realizing the control of the cutting process of stone plate by a programmable logical controller (PLC), two registers of PLC are adopted to exchange jobs; a high speed contact or counting terminal on PLC is applied in realizing measurement of the thickness of stone plate and automatic control; and the jump instruction of PLC is used in realizing the swichover between manual and automatic operation. The block diagram of system control, the flow chart and the trapezoidal pattern of automatic programs are given in the paper. The control by PLC is high reliable, high anti interference, simple in programming, convenient in connection, and low in standard error of product (<±0.2 mm). It is applicable to designing of new style stone cutter and to remaking of the older ones.
