【摘要】 从福建省泉州市崇武海域的现有资源出发，就河豚鱼的种类，及其毒性、毒素的形成、变化等情况，对河豚毒素进行提取、纯化，并对毒力进行定量试验研究． 结果表明：崇武海域的河豚鱼属于弓斑园豚，其内脏的毒性大小依次为卵、肝和肠． 用甲醇乙酸法提取河豚毒素较完全，以活性炭纯化的效果最好，但毒素有一定损失． 研究中提出在食用中毒时，解毒的有效办法是饮用大量的余甘果汁．更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the globefish resource now available in the sea area of Chongwu,Quanzhou,an experimental study is made on globefish and tetrodotoxin(TTX),including variety and toxicity of globefish,formation and change of TTX,and its extraction,purification and toxicity quantitation.As shown by the results,the globefish there belongs to Spheroides ocelatus,the toxicity of its viscera is in the order of eggs>liver>intestine The study centers on the method of TTX extraction and purification. Methanol acetic acid method will lead to completer extraction, while activated carbon method will lead best purification. Drinking large amount of fruit Yugan juice as effective means of detoxication is proposed for the one who is poisoned by eating globefish.更多还原
