【摘要】 为了探讨中药复方更年安泰颗粒剂对更年期综合征患者下丘脑 -垂体 -性腺轴的影响 ,选择更年期综合征病人 30例 ,按照自身对照原则 ,服用更年安泰颗粒剂 1个月 ,用放射免疫分析法检测血清性腺轴激素水平 ,并进行临床疗效评价。结果经过 1个月治疗后 ,更年期综合征患者体内β-内啡呔 (β- EP)升高及催乳素水平(PRL )降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血清雌二醇 (E2 )、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)及促黄体生成素 (L H)水平未见明显变化 ;同时 ,临床治疗显效 16例 ,好转 12例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率 93.3% ,对照组显效 2例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 18例 ,总有效率40 .0 %。推测更年安泰对性腺轴影响较少 ,主要影响神经递质如β-内啡呔水平 ,同时对催乳素分泌也有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Gengnainantai on the hypothalamus-pituitary-Ovary of menopausal syndrome patients.Methods:30 cases of menopausal syndrome patients were treated with Gengnianantai for one month.The partial hormone level was detected with radioimmunoassay and the effective rate was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of therapeutic groups was 93.3% and the placebogroup 40%,the difference was statistically significant.FSH,LH,E2,PRL and β-EP increased after treatment ( P <0.05),PRL lowered( P <0.05),FSH,LH and E2 not changed ( P >0.05).Conclusion:It was possibale that GengNianAnTai had no effect on hypothalamus-pituitary-Ovary,but raised neurohumor level(β EP)and Lowered PRL secret.更多还原
