【摘要】 将 10 0例脾虚泄泻患儿随机分两组 ,健运冲剂组 (治疗组 ) 6 0例 ,参苓白术散组 (对照组 ) 4 0例。结果 :治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为 91.7%、77.5 % ,痊愈率分别为 6 0 .0 %、32 .5 % (分别 P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。健运冲剂能促进患儿消化吸收功能 ,改善患儿贫血状况及低蛋白血症。扫描电镜、透射电镜观察结果表明 :健运冲剂能明显修复脾虚泄泻模型大鼠受损肠粘膜的超微结构 ,其效果优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of spleen deficient diarrhea patients were divided randomly into Jianyun Granule group (60 cases)and Shenlingbaizhu Powder group (40 cases).Results:effective and cure rates were 91.7% and 60.0% in the former group,77.5% and 32.5% in the latter one ( P< 0.05, P<0.01 ).Jianyun Granule could promote digestive and absorptive functions and improve anemia and hypoproteinemia.The results of SEM and TEM showed that Jianyun Granule could renove notably the ultrastructure of intesinal mucosa in model spleen deficient diarrhea rats.It was more effective than Shenlingbaizhu Powder.更多还原
