高脂饮食对兔血脂及氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究高脂饮食对血浆中TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C及oxLDL的影响。方法:选用健康雄性新西兰纯种大耳白兔20只,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组喂饲基础颗粒兔饲料,实验组喂高脂饲料。40天后抽血测定各项生化指标。结果:实验组Th、TC、LDL-C、oxLDL、MDA均高于对照组,而HDL—C、SOD低于对照组,两组比较均有显著差异。结论:高脂饮食可促进LDL的氧化修饰及脂质过氧化反应。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the influece of highlipid diet on triacylglycerol(TG) .total cholesterol(TC) .high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C) . low density lipoprotein choleterol (LDL- C )and oxidized low density lipoprotein of blood plasma. Method: To select 20 heathy male New Zealandpurebred big white rabbits. These rabbits were divided into two random groups - comparison groupand experiment group. The rabbits of comparison group were fed on basal pellet rebbit feed, but therabbits of experiment group were fed on high - lipid feed. After 40 days, we drew the blood and measured vdrious biochemical target. Results: The contents of TG.TC.LDL- C.oxLDL and MDA of experiment group were all higher than those of the comparison group, but the contents of HDL- C andSOD were both lower than those of comparison gropup. In a word, various biochemical target of twogroups have marked difference. Conclusion: High-Lipid diet can promote the Oxidized modification ofLDL and the lipid peroxidized reaction.
