加味天雄散治疗钒中毒所致小鼠睾丸组织损害的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:考察加味天雄散对钒中毒所致小鼠睾丸组织损害的治疗作用。方法:以偏矾酸钠(NaVO3) 经腹腔注射给雄性小鼠染毒,6 周后作造模检查,证实引起睾丸组织明显损伤后,用加味天雄散水剂灌胃治疗,连续5 周后取材, 行睾丸组织学检查、睾丸钒含量测定。结果: 中药治疗组睾丸钒含量显著低于模型组(P<0.01) ,与对照组无差异;曲细精管直径、各级生精细胞、支持细胞、间质细胞数均与对照组无差异,而显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:加味天雄散可修复钒中毒所致的睾丸组织损伤,恢复雄性生殖功能。

【Abstract】 Object: To observe the therapy effect of modified Tianxiong power on testis tissue of the mice with vanadiuminduced testis damages. Method: Male mice were contaminated by injecting with NaVO3 through abdominal cavity, and would take a model examination after six weeks. After being confirmed that the testis tissue had been significantly damaged,the mice were intragasted by hydrolytic reagent of modified Tianxiong power . To draw materials in the following five weeks, and have a examination of testis tissue and a vanadiumcontent determination of testis. Result: The vanadiumcontent of testis in treated group is significantly lower than that in model group(p<0.01), but no difference with the control group; the diameter of spermiduct、the number of permatogenic cells、the marked cells、the substance cells at all levels in the treated group are no difference with the control group too, but obviously higher than that in model group(p<0.01).Conclusion: It indicated that the modified Tianxiong power can repair the testis tissue with vanadiuminduced damages, and can recover the function of male reproduction.
