【摘要】 目的 :观察排钱草对四氯化碳 (CCL4 )致肝纤维化大鼠肝脏胶原蛋白含量的影响。方法 :通过灌胃(ig)给药相当于原生药 5g/kg体重和 3g/kg体重 (下同 )的排钱草水提物和醇提物。结果 :连续给药 8周后各治疗组肝脏胶原蛋白含量明显低于模型组 (分别P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1) ,肝脏病理组织检查亦显示各治疗组肝细胞变性坏死及肝纤维化程度较模型组轻 ,而各治疗组之间以及与阳性组、空白组之间的差异并不明显。结论 :排钱草具有抗肝纤维化作用 ,其机理可能与其能保护肝细胞免受损伤破坏 ,从而间接减少肝内胶原纤维形成有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the effect of desmodium pulchellum on the content of liver collagen protein of hepatic fibrosis rats induced by CCL4. Methods:Give medicine by ig,Which is equal to crude drugs 5g/kg, or 3g/kg with desmodium pulchellum’s water soluble extractive and alcoholic soluble extrative . Results:After eight weeks’ successive treating, the content of liver collagen protein of treating groups is obvious less than that of pattern group,liver histopathological examination also confirms that the liver degeneration and necrosis of every treating group, postive group and gap group are not obvious. Conclusions:Desmodium pulchellum has the effect on antihepatic fibrosis. The mechanism is possibly concerned that it can make liver cell immune against injure and deduce indirectly the forming of liver collagen protein.更多还原
