【摘要】 目的：探讨成人中颅窝各孔道的ＣＴ 形态和大小。方法：以５０ 例正常成人颅底为研究对象，采用薄层高分辨力ＣＴ 扫描和图像放大重建方法，对中颅窝孔道（包括视神经孔，眶上裂、圆孔、翼管、卵圆孔、棘孔、破裂孔、颈动脉管）的大小和形态进行研究，并对测量值进行统计学处理。结果：各孔道显示良好，与解剖测量值吻合。结论：为临床医师诊治颅底疾病提供了重要参考依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the computer tomographical morphology and size of the various canals and foramina in the middle skull base of adults. Method: The study was carried out in 50 normal adults. Such canals and foramina as the optic foramen, superior orbital fissure, foramen rotundum, pterygoid canal, foramen ovale, foramen spinosum, foramen lacerum, carotid canal were studied morphologically by high resolution computer tomography (CT). All the CT measurements were treated statistically. Results: CT measurements coincided with anatomical ones in the study.
