【摘要】 了解胎儿新生儿脊柱区各结构超声影像学特点，以便对胎儿新生儿脊髓栓系综合征及脊柱区 其它疾病早期诊断。方法：对各月龄流产胎儿及死亡新生儿共３６例脊柱区各结构进行Ｂ超检查，然后再解剖， 将Ｂ超检查与解剖所见比较。结果：Ｂ超能清楚显示胎儿新生儿脊柱区各结构。结论：Ｂ超能用于胎儿新生儿 脊髓栓系综合征及脊柱区其他疾病的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Making out the ultrasonographic character on spinal region of fetus and newborns, in order to di agonizes the tethered cord syndrome (TCS) of fetuses and mewborns and other diseases and other diseases in spinal region early. Methods: The spinal region of dead fetuses and newborns were checked with B-mode ultrasongography and then were anatomizede. The sono grams were compared with anatomical findings. Results: B-mode ultrasonography can clearly show the structures of spinal of spinal region of fetus and mewborn.
