【摘要】 目的： 通过调查分析，了解疟区居民的疟防知识、态度及行为（ＫＡＰ） 。为制定新的疟防措施提供科学依据。方法： 采用ＷＨＯ 推荐的家庭入户调查的系统整群概率抽样方法，对河南疟区２２４４ 名１２ 岁以上居民进行有关疟防的ＫＡＰ 调查。结果：２２４４ 人中，有１４５ ％ 的人不知道疟疾是什么病，５７９ ％ 的人不知道疟疾是由什么传播的。根据所掌握的疟防知识多少，将２２４４ 人分为好、中、差三层。通过分析表明：性别、年龄、文化程度及经济收入在上述三层人群中分布有着明显不同。他们对疟防的态度及行为也存在十分显著的差异。结论： 疟区居民的疟防态度和行为与其掌握的疟防知识多少有关。说明了疟防宣传教育工作的重要性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:2244 random household residents(>12 years old) were investigated for their knowledge,attitudes,and practices(KAP) regarding malaria and its control in a malaria endemic area in Southern Henan Province,China.Methods:The protocol was adapted from that recommended by the Household Survey Manual of the World Health Organization.Results: Many residents did not know the nature and characteristics of malaria and how it is transmitted.Residents were scored as “good”,“moderate”and “inadequate”for their KAP.Sex,age,education and income significantly related to knowledge of malaria control as well as to attitudes and behaviour.Policy reforms are suggested.Conclusion: Attitudes and practices of residents in endemic malaria area are related to the knowledge of malaria prevention they obtained.更多还原
