【摘要】 目的： 评价应用肱动脉二维超声检测硝酸甘油（ ＮＴＧ） 耐受性的临床价值。方法：３５ 例充血性心力衰竭患者持续应用ＮＴＧ 贴片６ 日，于用药前后，应用二维超声测定舌下含化ＮＴＧ ０４ ｍｇ 对肱动脉内径的影响。结果： 应用ＮＴＧ 贴片前舌下含化ＮＴＧ０４ ｍｇ ，肱动脉内径的舒扩张百分率为１２２４ ％ ±５５５ ％ ，持续应用ＮＴＧ 贴片６日后，该反应降至５６８ ％ ±２０４ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论： 临床应用肱动脉二维超声检测ＮＴＧ 耐受性方法简便、可靠实用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of using brachial artery two dimensional ultrasonography to detect the nitroglycerin tolerance.Methods: Two dimensional ultrasonography was used to measure the diameter of brachial artery at baseline and after 6 days of constant nitroglycerin therapy in 35 patients with congestive heart failure.At each study,brachial artery dilator response to 0.4 mg sublingual nitroglycerin was measured.Results: The results showed the brachial artery dilated 12.24%±5.55% to sublingual nitroglycerin at baseline.After 6 days of constant nitroglycerin therapy,the response was only 5.68%±2.04%( P <0.01).Conclusion: The results suggested that this method is a simple,reliable and useful tool for the clinical detection of nitroglycerin tolerance.更多还原
