【摘要】 的：研究藻酸双酯钠（ＰＳＳ）对糖皮质激素所致的血脂增高和血液高粘滞状态的预防作用。方法：２８只家兔随机分为４组，每组７只。Ⅰ组为正常对照组，Ⅱ组肌内注射（肌注）醋酸氢化泼尼松（８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·周－１），Ⅲ组及Ⅳ组除肌注同样剂量的醋酸氢化泼尼松外，分别静脉注射不同剂量的ＰＳＳ（６，１２ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１），６周后取血测血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和血液流变学指标。结果：Ⅲ、Ⅳ２组的血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和多数血液流变学指标显著低于Ⅱ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＰＳＳ对氢化泼尼松所致家兔血脂增高、血液高粘滞状态有预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:In order to study the effects of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) on the abnormalities of serum lipid and hemorrheology induced by adrenocorticosteroid. Methods: 28 rabbies were divided at random into 4 groups of 7 rabbits each. Group Ⅰwas used as control. GroupⅡ received hydroprednisoni acetas only(8 mg·kg -1 ·w -1 , intramuscularly), and GroupⅢ and Ⅳ besides receiving hydroprednisoni acetas of the same dose, received Polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) intravenously (6 and 12 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 , respectively). Six weeks later, blood was obtained for determining serum cholesterol,and triglyceride,and hemorrheological parameters. Results:The levels of serum cholesterol,triglyceride and most of the hemorrheological parameters of GroupⅢ and Ⅳ, were significantly lower than those of GroupⅡ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The rised levels of blood viscosity and blood lipid induced by steroid could be prevented by PSS.更多还原
