Aim: To investigate antitumor immune effects of tumor vaccine generated by fusion of spleen dendritic cells (sDC)with NS 1 myeloma cells. Methods: BALB/C mice were immunized with the deactivated NS 1 myeloma cells and lysates. Their immune spleen dendritic cells were fused with NS 1 cells.
