【摘要】 目的：探讨歌舞厅噪声对从业人员健康的影响。方法：用ＮＤ２ 型精密声级计对１０ 家大中型歌舞厅进行了噪声监测，并对１４６ 名从业人员进行自觉症状问卷调查和心率、血压、心电图测量。结果：１０ 家歌舞厅工作噪声超标率达１００％ ，平均水平为（１２６±６－４）ｄＢ；此噪声水平已对从业人员的消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统、月经周期及性功能造成了不良影响。结论：加强对歌舞厅噪声控制和人群健康监护已成为公共场所预防性卫生监督工作的重点更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:In order to study the effects of noise of singing dancing hall on working personnel.Methods:the noise of the 10 singing dancing halls was determined by precise ND 2 sound levelmter.For the 146 cases of working personnel the self symptoms were inquired in questionaire;the heart rate,the electrocardiogram and the blood pressure were determined.Results:In the 10 singing dancing halls,the all of measured data of noise (100%) went beyond environmental standard.The levels of noise were harmful to digestive system,nervous system,cardiovascular system,menstrual cycle and sexual act.Conclusion:It becomes a stress of preventive medical supervision for public place to strengthen control of noise of singing dancing hall and working personnel′s health care更多还原
