【摘要】 目的：探讨转化生长因子α（ＴＧＦα）和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ） 在原发性肝癌（ＨＣＣ） 和癌旁肝组织的表达情况及其与肝组织增殖的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学方法检测ＴＧＦα和ＰＣＮＡ 在正常肝组织、原发性肝癌（ＨＣＣ）和癌旁肝组织的表达。结果：ＴＧＦα和ＰＣＮＡ在正常肝组织中均不表达；６１－０％ 的ＨＣＣ 癌组织和５７－５％ 的癌旁肝组织表达ＴＧＦα；１００ ％ 的癌组织和９７－５ ％ 的癌旁肝组织可观察到ＰＣＮＡ阳性反应。经统计学分析，癌组织的ＴＧＦα染色强度显著高于癌旁肝组织（Ｐ＜０－０１） ；ＴＧＦα阳性组癌组织和癌旁肝组织的ＰＣＮＡ 标记指数（ＬＩ） 均分别高于ＴＧＦα阴性组（ Ｐ均＜０－０１）。结论：ＨＣＣ癌组织和癌旁肝组织存在ＴＧＦα的异常表达；ＴＧＦα与ＨＣＣ癌组织和癌旁肝细胞的增殖密切相关。推测ＨＣＣ中可能存在正反馈的ＴＧＦα自分泌机制更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the expression of transforming growth factor alpha(TGF α) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues and adjacent hepatic tissues(AHT) as well as its relationship with the proliferation of hepatic tissues. Methods: TGF α and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in normal hepatic tissues, HCC tissues and AHT were evaluated by using immunohistochemical method.Results: There was no expression of TGF α and PCNA in normal hepatic tissues.TGF α was expressed in 61.0% HCC tissues and 57.5% AHT. PCNA could be detected in all HCC tissues and 97 5% AHT. The intensity of staining of TGF α in the carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the AHT ( P <0 01). The PCNA labelling index(LI) of HCC tissues and AHT in TGF α positive group were significantly higher than that in TGF α negative group, respectively ( P <0 01).Conclusion: There was singularly increased TGF α expression in HCC tissues and AHT.TGF α expression showed a close correlation with the proliferation of HCC and AHT. There may be autocrine mechanism of TGF α in HCC.更多还原
