【Abstract】 Aim:To study the homology of H antigens in Yuyi hairless (YYHL)mice.Methods:Skin isografting was performed on inbred YYHL mice at age of 2 months.Result:There were no acute or chronic exclusions with the tested mice after being observed for 100 days.All the grafts were taken in permanently.Conclusion:The results suggest that the histocompatibility antigens are identical and the genes are provided with highly isogenicity in the mutant strain of YYHL mice after inbeding for 20 generations.更多还原
