【摘要】 目的 :探讨了不同复方制剂中柴胡薄层层析的条件。方法 :薄层层析法。结果 :用氯仿 甲醇 水 (体积比7∶3∶1) 10℃以下静置的下层液为展开剂 ,在以羧甲基纤维素钠为粘合剂的硅胶G板上分离柴胡皂甙 ,以体积分数为 2 %的对二甲氨基苯甲醛溶液为显色剂 (以体积分数为 4 0 %的硫酸溶液为溶剂 ) ,热风吹至斑点显色清晰。结论 :复方制剂中柴胡薄层层析可作为复方制剂中柴胡皂甙的定性鉴别条件更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the thin layer chromato graphy(TLC) conditions of saikosaponin in different Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Preparations.Methods:Thin layer chromatography.Results:Using under layer liquid consisted of Chloroform-Methanol water(7∶3∶1) as developing agent laid below 10 ℃,separated on silica gel thin layer chromatography plate using CMC Na as adhesion and the 2%(volume rate) paradimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution in 40%(volume rate) sulfuric acid as the color developing agent,developed clearly by hot wind.Conclusion:This condition is a simple and accurate method for the TLC and can be suitable for the qualitative identification of saikosaponin in different compound TCM preparations.更多还原
