【摘要】 目的 :通过研究桥本病患者免疫水平的变化以揭示其发病机制。方法 :应用细胞内酸性非特异性酯酶(Acid naphthylacetateesterase ,ANAE)标记T淋巴细胞的方法观察桥本病患者外周血T淋巴细胞 (TL)及其亚群辅助性T淋巴细胞 (Th)和抑制性T淋巴细胞 (Ts)的变化。结果 :桥本病患者TL( 66.3 )、Th( 4 0 .2 3 )与Ts( 2 1.0 8)均低于正常对照组 (分别为 77.1、5 2 .2 0、2 4 .83 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,正常对照组Th/Ts比值在 1.18～ 3 .83之间 ,患者组Th/Ts比值在 0 .5 6～ 6.2 2 ,统计学分析二者之间差异无显著性。结论 :免疫功能异常与桥本病发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To Study the immune function’s variation of the patients with Hashimoto’s disease and to reveal the disease’s mechanism. Methods: The change of the T lymphocytes(TL) and their subgroups, the helper T lymphocytes(Th) and the suppressor T lymphocytes(Ts) in the peripheral blood of the patients with Hashimoto’s disease(HT) were studied with the assay of the lymphocytes labeled with intercellular acid naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE). Results: The number of TL(66.3)、Th( 40.23 ) and Ts(21.08) in the patients with Hashimoto’s disease were significantly lower than those in the controls(77.1,52.20 and 24.83 , P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05), the ratio of Th/Ts has no significant difference between controls(1.18 ～3.83) and patients(0.56～6.22). Conclusion: The pathogenesis of HT may be related to the abnormality of cellular immunity.更多还原
