【Abstract】 Aim:In order to clearify the sequence of peptide chain of the pig neuropeptide isolated from pig brain. Sequencing analysis was done.Methods:By using automatic analyzer for protein sequencing.Results:Pig neuropeptide is a small molecular acidic dipeptide.It is linked by aspartic acid and alanine together.Conclusion:The pig neuropeptide is as same as the sequence of pig neural dipeptide isolated by Cheung in 1979.It has a function which promotes synaptic transmission.For this reason,it can be used for the treatment of dementia disease.更多还原
